The Reggae of Brasilia-DF BR is in a great time when DJs, MCs, stereo and Jamaican music fans gather at a ball to celebrate this rich cultural heritage! For the first time the party was comprised of an arena with 2 city sound systems, with classic, hidden and futuristic versions of island beats detected by disc selectors based on high fidelity sounds.
O Reggae de Brasilia-DF vive um ótimo momento em que DJs, MCs, Sound Systems e fãs da música jamaicana se reúnem em um baile para celebrar essa herança cultural tão rica! Pela primeira vez o baile foi composto por uma arena com 2 sistemas de som da cidade, trazendo clássicos, obscuros e versões futurísticas dos ritmos da ilha, discotecada por seletores de discos em alta fidelidade sonora e potencia sônica.
INSPIRATION
BAD BRAINS' FIRST LP FROM 1982. Considered by many as one of the best hardcore LPs ever, the Bad Brains self titled debut brought a new dynamic to the Hardcore scene. Not only could the band blaze bonfires with their speed and intensity, but they could also chop the bpms in half inna dub style. The first side starts with the quick strike of "Sailin' On" then immediately into the even harder "Attitude." But skip a few tracks in and you'll get the controlled dub sound of "Leaving Babylon" which borrows the Royals' Studio One "Pick of the Pieces" riddim. The b-side is more of the same with the classic tracks "Fearless Vampire Killers" and "I" followed by the "hit" of the album, "Pay to Cum." Notice the dub effects for the chorus. The album ends with another straight dub track "I Luv Jah" a striking finale for a hardcore album.
A referência veio do PRIMEIRO LP DO BAD BRAINS DE 1982. Considerado por muitos como um dos melhores LPs hardcore de todos os tempos, a estréia auto-intitulada Bad Brains trouxe uma nova dinâmica à cena Hardcore. A banda não só podia arder nas fogueiras com sua velocidade e intensidade, mas também podia cortar os bpms ao meio no estilo dub. O primeiro lado começa com o ataque rápido de "Sailin 'On" e depois imediatamente para a ainda mais difícil "Attitude". Mas pule algumas faixas e você ouvirá o som de dub controlado de "Leaving Babylon", que empresta o riddim do Studio One "Pick of the Pieces" do Royals. O lado b é mais parecido com as faixas clássicas "Fearless Vampire Killers" e "I", seguidas pelo "hit" do álbum "Pay to Cum". Observe os efeitos de dublagem para o coro. O álbum termina com outra faixa de dub "I Luv Jah", um final marcante para um álbum hardcore.

INSPIRATION
For this edition was used reference of the audience who attends the ball and the place where the party is held , I tried to bring the most of the urban narrative that street culture employs, until the next!
Nessa edição utilizei bastante referência do público que frequenta o baile e o local que costuma ser realizado, tentei capitar o máximo da narrativa urbana que a cultura de rua emprega, até a próxima!
